No-Cook Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


1 can tomatoes -- 28 ounce crushed

3 ounces tomato paste

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black peppercorn -- crushed

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Use about 1/2 cup to sauce a 13" crust. This recipe makes enough sauce for 6 to 7- 13" pizzas.
