1 can baby green peas
1 can diced carrots (substitute Veg-All for carrots and peas)
1 package boil in bag rice
1 can chicken (canned chicken can always be substituted for boiled, de-boned chicken)

Preparation / Directions:

1. Cook and drain rice according to directions on box. 2. Cover bottom of frying pan with vegetable oil and allow oil to get hot (med-high heat). 3. Place rice, vegetables and chicken in frying pan and stir until rice is brown.
