Ingredients:

  1          small can  baby green peas
  1          small can  diced carrots (substitute Veg-All for
                        carrots and peas)
  1                bag  boil in bag rice
  1          large can  chicken (canned chicken can always be
                        substituted for boiled, de-boned chicken)
 

Preparation:

1. Cook and drain rice according to directions on box. 2. Cover bottom of frying pan with vegetable oil and allow oil to get hot (med-high heat). 3. Place rice, vegetables and chicken in frying pan and stir until rice is brown.
