Preparation / Directions:Mix all ingredients for Ginger Sauce in small bowl and set aside. Place peanut oil in wok and heat to 350 degrees. Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continually. Stir Ginger Sauce and add to vegetables. Cook additional 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over rice or Chinese noodles. If desired, you may add meat by browning bite-size pieces of meat before adding vegetables.
