Ingredients:

   2      tablespoons   peanut oil
   1      package       frozen oriental
                        vegetables
   1      small   can   sliced water
                        chestnuts
   1      small   can   mushrooms
   2      small   cans  bean sprouts
   1                    recipe        ginger sauce
                        ***GINGER SAUCE***
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      sugar
   1      tablespoon    cornstarch
   3      tablespoons   water
     1/4  teaspoon      ginger
     1/4  teaspoon      m.s.g.
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
   1                    beef bouillon cube
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients for Ginger Sauce in small bowl and set aside. Place peanut oil in wok and heat to 350 degrees. Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continually. Stir Ginger Sauce and add to vegetables. Cook additional 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over rice or Chinese noodles. If desired, you may add meat by browning bite-size pieces of meat before adding vegetables.
