Preparation / Directions:Place cucumbers and onion in a small bowl. Salt very well. Place in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Rinse well and drain. Mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and mustard together until smooth. Combine this mixture with the cucumbers. Store in refrigerator until its time to serve.
