Preparation / Directions:Melt butter in skillet; saute the onion about 5 minutes. Add the celery; saute 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until the celery is tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
