Celery And Tomatoes

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup minced onion

4 cups sliced celery

2 cups diced tomatoes

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons minced parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in skillet; saute the onion about 5 minutes. Add the celery; saute 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until the celery is tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
