Butter Polonaise |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons soft bread crumbs |
1/2 tablespoon minced shallots -- if desired |
2 teaspoons minced parsley |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 bunch asparagus -- or |
1 bunch brussel sprouts -- or |
1 medium spinach -- or |
1 medium broccoli -- or |
1 medium cauliflower |

Preparation / Directions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over a low flame. Stir in bread crumbs and shallots and saute until golden brown and crisp. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Serve over your choice of listed cooked vegetables.
