Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles

Ingredients:


1/4 cup baileys irish cream

1 tablespoon butter

12 ounces semisweet chocolate

2 large egg yolks

1/4 cup heavy cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream together over low heat in a double boiler/ 2. Whisk in yolks, one at a time until mixture thickens. 3. Whisk in butter. 4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. 5. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, as desir
