Preparation:
1. Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream together over low heat in a double boiler/
2. Whisk in yolks, one at a time until mixture thickens.
3. Whisk in butter.
4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm.
5. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, as desir |
