Yam Woonsen (Spicy Glass Noodle Salad with Prawns)

Ingredients:


8 jumbo Prawns, Peeled

150 grams Minced Pork

30 grams Glass Noodles, Soaked 15 Minutes in Cold Water

2 medium Spring Onions, Sliced Length 1 Inch

3 medium Bird Chillies, Finely Sliced

2 medium Tomatoes, Sliced

1 medium Onion, Sliced

3 Tablespoon Lime Juice

2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preparation : • Blanch glass noodles for a few seconds and set aside. • Boil prawns then pork till cooked, strain and mix with the glass noodles. • Then add spring onions, chilies, tomatoes and onion then season with lime, fish sauce and serve. CHEF’S TIP: • This classic salad must be served immediately after mixing. The best result is obtained when served still warm.
