Ingredients:


12 ounces clam juice

2 cups water

1 teaspoon thyme

1/8 teaspoon fennel seed

1 piece bay leaf

1/2 pound bay scallops

12 jumbo tiger prawn

12 medium clam

1 cup tomato concasse

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a stockpot, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until clams and/or mussels open discard any clams and mussels that don't open serve hot, with sourdough bre
