Preparation / Directions:Heat the oil in a stockpot over medium-high heat. Add the leeks, shallots, and garlic and saut‚‚ for 5 minutes. Add the wine, broth, bay leaf, and basil and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the bay leaf, season with pepper and salt, and serve.
