Preparation / Directions:1. in a large saucepan, heat oil. 2. saute garlic and shallots until light brown. 3. add stock, seasoning sauce, shrimp, creamed corn and black pepper. 4. bring to a boil. 5. while stirring, pour in beaten egg. 6. boil for 3 minutes. 7. serve sprinkled with cilantro.
