Thai Shrimp And Corn Soup

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
5 clove garlic
3 small shallot
3 cups stock
2 teaspoons seasoning sauce
1/2 pound shrimp
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 large egg
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro
 

Preparation:

1. in a large saucepan, heat oil. 2. saute garlic and shallots until light brown. 3. add stock, seasoning sauce, shrimp, creamed corn and black pepper. 4. bring to a boil. 5. while stirring, pour in beaten egg. 6. boil for 3 minutes. 7. serve sprinkled with cilantro.
