Off-The-Shelf Crockpot Soup

Ingredients:


1/2 cup corn

1/2 cup beans

1/2 cup carrots

2 medium Sliced carrots

1 cup Mixed dried beans (17 bean Types per pkg)

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon chives

1 tablespoon Parsley

1 tablespoon basil

1 teaspoon Salt

6 ounces v8

1 quart Enough water to fill the Crock

1/2 cup Macaroni (dry)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook on high 5-6 hrs till beans are cooked. Add 1/2 c whole wheat macaroni and cook till soft (10-20 min?) Source: another one of my pull-it-off-the-shelf crockpot soups
