Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Oil |
1 pound Ground Beef |
1 medium Onion, Chopped |
1 tablespoons Flour |
16 ounces Tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, Minced |
4 medium Green Chiles, Peeled,Seeded and Chopped |
1 tablespoons Chili Powder |
1 dash Cumin Salt |

Preparation / Directions:
Water Heat the oil in a skillet.
Brown the meat and onion.
Stir in the flour.
Add the tomatoes.
Break up the tomatoes with a fork.
Stir in the garlic, chile peppers, chili powder and cumin.
Season with salt.
Add enough water to moisten the mixture.
Simmer for several hours
