Ingredients:


2 tablespoons Oil

1 pound Ground Beef

1 medium Onion, Chopped

1 tablespoons Flour

16 ounces Tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon Garlic, Minced

4 medium Green Chiles, Peeled,Seeded and Chopped

1 tablespoons Chili Powder

1 dash Cumin Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Water Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the meat and onion. Stir in the flour. Add the tomatoes. Break up the tomatoes with a fork. Stir in the garlic, chile peppers, chili powder and cumin. Season with salt. Add enough water to moisten the mixture. Simmer for several hours
