Preparation / Directions:Soak dried fruits and tapioca overnight in water. Next day add remaining ingredients. Simmer until flavors blend, tapioca is clear, and soup is slightly thickened - about 1 hour. Remove cinnamon stick before serving. Serve warm or chilled. Note: For dried fruit, use a combination of prunes, peaches, apples, apricots and pears.
