Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Cut squash in 2 inch pieces and boil with broth and apple.
Brown onion in butter and put in with broth. Cook 20 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter, curry and salt and pepper.
Puree 2 cups of soup at a time in blender.
Pour in cream and heat. DO NOT BOIL.
Serve with nutmeg.
