Ingredients:


390 grams Condensed Milk

340 grams Sterilized Cream

2 cups Milk

2 tablespoons Caster Sugar

5 tablespoons Gelatin (dissolve in 1 Cup Warm Water)

1 tablespoons Lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. mix the condensed Milk and Cream. Whisk properly. 2. Mix the Lemon Juice, milk, sugar with the condensed milk n cream 3. pour the gelatin into the mixture. 4. place the souffle mixture in the serving dish and then set it in the freezer for 4 hours to set. 5. serve cold..
