Ingredients:

1. Condensed Milk                         390gm
2. Sterilized Cream                       340 gm
3. Milk                                   2 cups
4. Caster Sugar                           2 tablespoon
5. Gelatin (dissolve in 1 Cup Warm Water) 5 tablespoon
6. Lemon juice                            1 tablespoon.  
 

Preparation:

1. mix the condensed Milk and Cream. Whisk properly. 2. Mix the Lemon Juice, milk, sugar with the condensed milk n cream 3. pour the gelatin into the mixture. 4. place the souffle mixture in the serving dish and then set it in the freezer for 4 hours to set. 5. serve cold..
