Crab Cakes

Ingredients:


12 ounces lump crab meat drained

1 tablespoons pesto sauce

1 large egg

1 tablespoons heavy cream

1/2 Cup pork rinds crushed (measure after crushing)

1 tablespoons mayo (optional)

1 teaspoon Old Bay Spice

1 dash cayenne pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly. Form into 4 patties and fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel and serve. Can be eaten hot or cold.
