Ingredients:
2 quarts water |
6 medium celery stalks -- cut into 2 inch piece |
2 medium onions -- peeled and -- quartered |
2 cloves garlic |
1/2 medium lemon |
1 package fresh shrimp heads -- and/or shells -- lobster heads, and OR shells -- fresh fish bones use ingredients singly or in combination |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
