Chilled Mussels With Caper Mayonnaise

Ingredients:


2 pounds steamed mussels chilled -- and on half shells

1 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons capers

1 teaspoon Tabasco

1 tablespoon lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


From Daniel's Restaurant. Combine mayonnaise, capers, Tabasco and lemon juice. Dollop mussels with caper mayonnaise and serve with parsley garnish if desired
