Scallops Zinfandel

Ingredients:


7 medium scallops

2 medium chopped onions

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

10 milliliters garlic minced

1/2 cup zinfandel white wine

1 teaspoon salt -- pepper

1 package plain crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place scallops in a dish and pour wine over them. Sprinkle with onions, garlic, salt and pepper 7 crumbled crackers. Bake for 10 minutes at 300F. Garnish with parsley and serve.
