Pacific Roast Shrimp

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoons dry sherry

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated gingerroot

1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 pound jumbo shrimp (15 to 18 count), peeled and deveined
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine hoisin sauce, sherry, garlic, gingerroot, soy sauce, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Transfer to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake in a 425 F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve warm or chilled.
