Scalloped Oysters 1

Ingredients:


1 pint oysters

2 cups cracker crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

1/2 cup butter melted

1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain oysters. Combine cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, and butter; sprinkle a third in a buttered 1-quart casserole dish, and cover with a layer of oysters. Repeat layers, reserving a little of the crumb mixture for topping. Add Worcestershire sauce to milk; pour over casserole. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
