Preparation / Directions:Coat scallops with bread crumbs. Heat oil and butter together and saute the garlic and parsley. Add scallops and fry them gently until browned. Moisten with wine and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Continue cooking gently until wine has evaporated. Serve hot.
