Fisherman's Light Fillets

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Wish-Bone Lite Italian Dressing

1 small green bell pepper -- cut into strips

1 small onion -- thinly sliced

1 pound fish fillet

1 medium tomato -- coarsely chopped

3 Cup rice -- hot, cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large skillet, heat Italian dressing and cook green pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add fish and tomato, then simmer covered 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve over hot rice.
