Ingredients:


4 cloves garlic

30 medium hazelnuts

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 medium tomato

1 teaspoon crushed red chiles

3/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup wine vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine garlic, hazelnuts, salt, tomatoes, and pepper flakes in a food processor process to a smooth puree with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream continue processing until thickened gradually add in vinegar and process until well blended cover and chill for 1-48 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
