Ingredients:


2 cups tomato concasse

1 cup onion

2 teaspoons wine vinegar

1 teaspoon corn oil

1 teaspoon chile powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chiles

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor process to a very fine puree cover and chill for 4-96 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, as a dipping sauce
