Sausage Burgers

Ingredients:


250 grams lincolnshire sausage meat

1 pint open cup mushroom

1 package raw pizza dough

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1 bunch iceberg lettuce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Roll the pizza dough into little balls and bake in a hot oven for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked. Roll the sausage meat into little balls and flatten with your thumb to make little burger shapes. Fry in a pan until golden on both sides. Using a small cutter make little round shapes from the mushroom and fry off. Assemble the burgers in the normal fashion and place onto a baking tray ready to heat through. Garnish with the lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
