Ingredients:


1 bunch asparagus

1 jar beets cut in julienne

1 medium carrots -- cut in julienne

1 can wax beans

1 can green beans

1 medium artichoke hearts

1 medium avocado

1 medium cucumber slices

1 bunch cherry tomatoes

2 large hard-boiled eggs

1 bunch green onions

1 bunch radishes

---CRABMEAT DRESSING---

2 cups mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups sweet pickle relish

1 medium lemon -- juice of

1 dash tabasco

1/2 pint whipping cream -- whipped

1 pound crabmeat and/or shrimp -- fresh or frozen

3 large hard-boiled eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange an assortment of chilled vegetables, fresh or canned, on a large platter. Serve dressing in a bowl on the side. Dressing: Mix the dressing ingredients and keep well chilled until serving.
