                        cucumber slices
                        cherry tomatoes
                        hard-boiled eggs
                        green onions
                        radishes
                        ***CRABMEAT DRESSING***
  2               cups  mayonnaise
  1 1/2           cups  sweet pickle relish
  1                     lemon -- juice of
  1               dash  tabasco
     1/2          pint  whipping cream -- whipped
  1              pound  crabmeat and/or shrimp -- fresh or frozen
  3                     hard-boiled eggs
 

Preparation:

Arrange an assortment of chilled vegetables, fresh or canned, on a large platter. Serve dressing in a bowl on the side. Dressing: Mix the dressing ingredients and keep well chilled until serving.
