Very tastie, low fat, can be spicy, most favorite.


1 tablespoon hot chili oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 medium thinly sliced Serrano pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons minced ginger
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 medium seeded, and sliced cucumber
4 medium tomatoes, wedged
1 medium sliced red onion, separated
4 cups you favorite salad green mix
1/4 cup cooking oil
---(Tenderizer can be added to the beef 1 hour or more before cooking if a tougher cut is used.)
2 pound beef any cut can be used. Cut into pieces

Preparation / Directions:

Heat wok on high heat until hot, add oil, get hot, add the beef and cook until desired doneness. Let cool. Combine ingredients in sauce and mix well. Add the beef to the sauce and mix well. Toss salad ingredients, add the beef and sauce mixture, and toss again.
