THAI BEEF SALAD 2

Serves: 6-8
Very tastie, low fat, can be spicy, most favorite.
 

Ingredients:

Beef
2 lb beef any cut can be used.
Cut into pieces 1’’x 1/4’’
¼ cup cooking oil
(Tenderizer can be added to the beef 1 hour or more before cooking if a tougher cut is used.)

Salad
4 cups you favorite salad green mix
1 sliced red onion, separated
4 tomatoes, wedged
1 seeded, and sliced cucumber

Sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic 
3 tablespoons minced ginger
¼ cup chopped cilantro 
½ cup chopped green onions 
1 thinly sliced Serrano pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon hot chili oil
 

Preparation:

Heat wok on high heat until hot, add oil, get hot, add the beef and cook until desired doneness. Let cool. Combine ingredients in sauce and mix well. Add the beef to the sauce and mix well. Toss salad ingredients, add the beef and sauce mixture, and toss again.
