Ingredients:


1/2 head chinese cabbage

1/2 head cos lettuce

6 medium spring onions -- shredded

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon red pepper powder

2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Break up the Chinese cabbage and the lettuce into strips. Place in a large bowl together with the shredded spring onions. Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over, and toss well just before eating.
