Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons garlic

1/4 cup finely minced onion

1 1/2 cups arborio rice

29 ounces chicken stock

1 cup Parmesan
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute the onion and rice in the butter until the onion is soft. Add the stock alternately, a little at a time. Stir constantly after each until the liquid is absorbed for 5 minutes. When it's creamy, and done, add a big handful of Parmesan and sti
