Preparation / Directions:1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook 25 minutes or until tender; drain. Let cool slightly. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add seasoning blend, and saute 4 minutes. Add kale; cover and cook an additional 2 minutes or until kale wilts.
3. Combine potato slices and kale mixture; sprinkle with pepper. Add vinaigrette; toss gently. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
