Rice pilaf with chicken

Ingredients:


2 1/2 cup white or brown rice

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup vermicelli or orzo pasta

1/4 cup corn oil

1 teaspoon salt, freshly grounded black pepper

1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Teaspoon white sugar

2 medium chicken breast
 

Preparation / Directions:


First,wash rices.Cut chicken breasts as shape that which you want.(Diced)And put them,to marinade,mix of a little olive oil+oregano+salt+pepper+lemon juice.Put corn oil to pan,heat,and add vermicellis.After they turned brown,add wet rices and water enough to cover them.After 15-16 min later add chickens with marinade sauce and broth.Leave them for 5 min.and add more water and wait untill rice is enough soft to eat. You can add sugar now. suggestions:add chick peas,peas,more spice, serve with brocolli,carrot...

 

Nutritional Information:

not too much oil,less fat,healthy.
