Preparation / Directions:In a large deep sided skillet over medium heat,heat up oil and saute
uncooked
orzo,onion,garlic and seasonings.Cook a few minutes until the orzo changes
color.Stir constantly.Add stock and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer
12 to 14 minut es until liquid is absorbed.Stir occasionally serve hot
