Browned Rice Pilaf - Mountain Fuel |

Ingredients:
1/3 cup long-grain rice |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
2/3 cup cold water |
1 can mushroom stems and pieces -- 2oz, drained |
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules |
1/2 teaspoon dehydrated parsley flakes |
1/4 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |

Preparation / Directions:
In medium skillet saute rice in butter until brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce flame. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
