Pecan Pie 1

Ingredients:


1 crust pie shell 9 inch

3 Tablespoons butter

3 large eggs

1 Cup dark Karo syrup

1/4 Cup packed brown sugar

1 Teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup chopped pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place pie crust in a 9 inch glass pie dish. Prick sides and bottom of cru= st with a fork Microwave at high (1 00%) 4=BD to 5 minutes. Set aside. Place butter in a medium bowl. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 1 t= o 1=BD minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into crust Microwave at medium (50%) until center is firm, 16 to 18 minutes.
