Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:


2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

4 tablespoons butter -- melted

1 cup cornmeal

1 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine eggs and buttermilk; beat till blended. Stir in butter. Combine dry ingredients and combine with moist ingredients and stir just until mixed; do not over-mix. Spoon onto hot griddle and fry till lightly browned.
