Ingredients:


1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons liquid smoke

1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients. Rub onto thinly-sliced beef and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Dry meat in dehydrator or oven set on low.
