Spicy Thai Marinade

Ingredients:


1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup asian fish sauce or oyster sauce

1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon minced garlic and fresh ginger

1/2 teaspoon asian red chili paste to taste

2 tablespoons minced green onion and cilantro
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl or 2-gallon zip-lock bag, mix together all ingredients until well blended. Add chicken, cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day; stir occasionally. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill until cooked.
