Honey-Mustard Marinade For Chicken Or Pork

Ingredients:


1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients in a glass jar or bowl. Use to marinate chicken and pork. Refrigerate boneless chicken breasts for up to 4 hours. Chicken on the bone for up to 8 hours. Pork tenderloin or kabobs for up to 8 hours. Makes: 1 1/3 cups; 6 servings
