Preparation / Directions:Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Use to marinate 3 to 4 pounds of lamb, beef or pork kabobs; or a 3 to 4 pound butterflied leg of lamb. Refrigerate meat in marinade for 24 to 36 hours, turning occasionally.
