Garlic-Anchovy Rub

Ingredients:


1 clove garlic -- crushed

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1-1/2 Tbsp. For beef, poultry, pork, lamb, fish.
