Preparation / Directions:Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the zucchini slices. Reduce the heat, add the green chili and garlic, and stir. Add the peppercorns, pepper, salt, and lemon juice, and saute on a low flame for 10 minutes. Then cover the pan and cook 2 minutes more.
